Lunch and a movie

Chris' parents gave our kids money for Christmas, so Chris and I were asking them what they were going to spend it on. Annie and Noah came up with a plan (they couldn't convince Brig to go in on it with them) to take us all out to lunch at Panera and to the dollar theater to see High School Musical 3.
Yummy Panera soup and bread!!

Thanks Annie and Noah. What a generous way to spend your money! We had a great time!!

Nolan and I loved looking at your blog! (I've tried to check your blog before and always meant to ask you for an invite... Thanks!) We like your Christmas sock tradition and love how the kids wanted to go to panera and a movie:)

Oh my word! Your kids are amazing. What other kids would spend their money to take their family out. I sure love those kids of yours!

Your kids are awesome. What a great idea! And I have to say, I agree with you on the "practical christmas" stuff. Paul got me some really great wool socks for the freezing winters here : ) I love them!

You guys are such great parents. I would probably stick in their savings accounts and hope they forgot about it. But, what you did is much more fun and memorable :)
